- Brainstorming Session on “Enabling Regulatory Framework and Procedures for Promoting Agricultural Biotechnology in the Philippines. Organized by PCARRD, Philippines, November 19, 2003.
- Enabling Regulatory Framework and Procedures for Promoting Agricultural Biotechnology Developments in Thailand, organized by National Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (BIOTEC) & National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Bangkok, Thailand, February 2004.
- Jointly organized the AVRDC/APAARI/APCoAB/ CIMBAA Workshop on ‘Public-Private Partnership in the Use of Agribiotechnology for Sustainable Solutions to Brassicas Pest Problems’ 10 February 2005 at Indian Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
